  • Preferred bachelor's degree or insurance background
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace

What will you do?

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Work with producers to maintain high customer retention 
  • Manage customer communication & documentation
  • Assist customers with coverage & billing questions via phone & email
  • Process policy changes, updates to billing, cancellations & reinstatements
  • Facilitate the claims process, as needed
